Born and raised in the midwest, lived as a teenager in Seattle, Wa, spent two years in New York City, and 10 years in Los Angeles, and currently settling in Portland, Oregon. I studied Communications and Film studies in college and I worked for several years in freelance production for film and television. In the spring of 2015, I embarked on the 2,181 mile journey hiking along the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. Currently, I manage video production for online educational videos for at the Nutritional Therapy Association. I will continue learning new things and using my skills and passion for filmmaking and optimal health to help others.
